BoLigo T7 mRNA Synthesis Kit is designed for in vitro transcription (IVT) of mRNA using double-stranded DNA (containing a T7 promoter) as a template. In eukaryotic organisms, the addition of a 5' cap structure to mRNA is critical for efficient protein translation. This kit incorporates cap analogs to produce high-yield capped mRNA during IVT. Furthermore, it utilizes modified NTPs, specifically N1-Me-pUTP, to reduce innate immune responses in transfected cells without compromising mRNA yield.

Using 1 μg of the positive control template (EGFP) in a 20 μL reaction, this kit delivers approximately 150-200 μg of mRNA containing both the CAP GAG structure and N1-Me-pUTP modifications.
