LNP60 Mate is a liposome-mediated transfection reagent optimized for plasmid DNA and RNAi delivery in common engineered cell lines (e.g., HEK293, 293F) and demonstrates superior transfection efficiency in cancer/primary cell lines (e.g., MCF-7, MDA-MB231, Huh-7, OVCAR-8). This reagent combines high transfection efficiency with low cytotoxicity.
